Familiarity with Dayforce is beneficial (certification is a plus). Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are necessary. I seek a self-motivated individual capable of managing tasks independently. The ability to work effectively under pressure in diverse, multilingual environments is crucial. Proven capability to communicate effectively with both business and IT teams is important. I need someone with experience in application integrations and process enhancement. Willingness to travel between 10% and 24% is needed. Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert and frontline support for HR systems and their integrations, including new deployments as well as ongoing support. Troubleshoot current HR data integrations and offer technical assistance to the application development team. Provide technical expertise during the planning, execution, and management of HR data integrations for both new and existing applications.

This SAP HCM Analyst role will make me the subject matter expert responsible for integration design and support, alongside HRIS systems functional support. I will focus on platform-specific tasks, such as managing security through Role-Based Permissions (RBP), overseeing data replication to SAP HCM, and maintaining integrations with external applications. Experience in a hybrid Employee Central and SAP HCM environment is crucial. Additionally, I need a solid understanding of HR functions, combined with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
Technical Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Proficiency in SAP Role-Based Permissions (RBP) is required. Develop integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Familiarity with SAP ECC HCM modules, particularly Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA), is expected. Preferred knowledge of SAP ECC HCM Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules is advantageous. Experience with various SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Recruiting (RCM), Learning Management (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM), is beneficial. Experience with integrations from SAP S/4HANA and Dayforce is desirable.
