HiFyve is hiring a Quality & HSE Manager in the automotive manufacturing industry in Willis, TX
Salary:
$100,000 to $120,000 Shift:
Full-time, salaried Location:
Willis, TX Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and maintains quality and HSE objectives aligned with corporate goals. Oversees regulatory compliance and manages certifications such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Directs inspection, testing, and evaluation activities to ensure product quality and safety. Applies statistical process control methods to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes. Leads the Quality Department, managing Development, Launch, Production, and Field Claims stages. Coordinates customer complaint responses and drives resolution efforts. Delivers quality training programs and promotes quality philosophy throughout the organization. Reviews quality documentation and vendor manuals for compliance with internal and external requirements. Keeps senior leadership informed of quality and safety issues, actions, and improvements. Education Requirements: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university OR 610 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in advanced statistical analysis and quality engineering concepts Experience in automotive quality management in fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environments Familiarity with SAP MRP system Certified Internal Auditor for Quality (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Safety (ISO 45001) Six Sigma formal training and certification CMQ/OE ASQ certification is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration If you are interested, please apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
