Front Desk Membership Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative
NOW hiring for Front Desk Membership Sales Associates / Customer Service Representatives in Phoenix Paradise Valley, Arizona (located at N Tatum Blvd and E Shea Blvd). Be part of the beauty industry! FRONT DESK: Membership Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits: Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $14 and $18+ per hour depending on sales performance
Hourly $14.70 PLUS commission Up to $27 per membership sale Earn up to 20% commission on all retail product sales
Paid time off / vacation and sick pay Free eyelash services including volume & mega lash upgrades Flexible hours Discounts on all retail products Clear career path to grow as a professional to front desk lead and management positions Ongoing training and support Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products Assists Studio Manager with retaining current members by telemarketing; outbound calls and texts Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs Answers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys Participate in special events to promote the studio Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards We would absolutely love to meet you and discuss the possibility of a long and rewarding career at our Paradise Valley Phoenix Location!
