The Job: As a Electro-Mechanical Engineer, you'll be part of our Electro-Mechanical Engineer team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to: Develop concepts for new equipment, fixtures and related equipment in support of new and improved products. Evaluate and assist in the development of new manufacturing technologies. Responsible for design, detailing and manufacturing support to provide high quality results. Support manufacturing in the daily problem solving of new and existing equipment (mechanically and controls logic). Improve safety in manufacturing operations by addressing ergonomic and other safety concerns. Startup and launch of new equipment into production. Support machine controls updates to newer hardware platforms. Work with systems ranging from but not limited to Various welding, machining, robotic automation, painting, heat treating, punch press and packaging equipment. In fact, you embrace it. You also have: Have a bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 5+ years' related work experience. Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC programming, HMI programming, and motor and servo controls. Vision system experience is a plus. Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex problems through data driven analysis. Creo, Catia, Windchill and AutoCAD Electrical experience is a plus. Are self-motivated, capable of working with minimum supervision. Also enjoy working collaboratively with a team driven focus.
