Cloud Engineer

**The Cloud Engineering team is hiring a Cloud Engineer.**The Cloud Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining Cboes cloud platform, a globally distributed, secure, scalable, and reliable public cloud infrastructure. This role is focused on execution, automation, and supporting infrastructure solutions for cloud-native applications. Cloud Engineers are expected to participate in project delivery, contribute to team processes, and grow their technical depth through hands-on work and collaboration.**In this role youll****The ideal candidate has**: 2+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS and GCP preferred) in a professional setting.Professional experience using Terraform, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and scripting languages (Python) to deploy, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure.Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) + GitOps (Argo CD)Experience with Hashicorp VaultFamiliarity with Git & common workflowsStrong collaboration and communication skills Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS + GCP) Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Familiarity with cloud observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, Cloudwatch)Experience with data streaming technologies such as Kafka Experience designing for scalability, resilience, and operability in complex cloud environments**Benefits and Perks** We value the total wellbeing of our people including health, financial, personal and social wellness.
