Job Responsibilities Craft Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and formulate personalized therapy approaches aimed at achieving their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to optimize patients' coordination, cognitive skills, and daily living capabilities Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care Educate Patients and Families: Teach clients and caregivers about therapy practices to encourage continued progress at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain aligned with their goals Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications preferred and facilitated Licensure

license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Required Skills
