Description
Our clinical team is essential to providing the best patient care and are vital in coordinating the care and treatment of all of our patients. The IVF Cycle Coordinator is an essential part of our clinical team, where they will provide patient support, education, and care coordination. The IVF Cycle Coordinator will be with our patients every step of the way during treatment and will be their primary point of contact during their care. The IVF Cycle Coordinator will also be assisting the physicians in in-office procedures as well and tending to the patients pre and post operatively. Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
Establishing trust and a positive rapport with our patients Case manages a large patient portfolio Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF and Egg Donation Order time-sensitive medications Facilitate informed consent process Contact patients with test results, updates and treatment outcomes
Qualifications
1 year experience in IVF Medical Assistant Certification Phlebotomy Certification Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Nursing Current CPR Certification Flexible availability to cover some weekends and holidays Salary
