The platform consultant operates as an executive evangelist of the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role combines technology and business development to leverage the latest solutions in the Verint platform within our public sector space. In close collaboration with other functions, the platform consultant establishes close relationships with our public sector customers' senior executive teams. Through the in-depth understanding of the market, our customers' needs and the platform's ability to drive a significant ROI, the platform consultant operates as a trusted advisor to the customers' C-suites. The platform consultant works closely with solutions and product teams and will educate and evangelize to markets, customers & partners. Principal duties and essential responsibilities include: operating as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with a strong focus on the customer's ROI increased capacity and improved CX experience; managing and nurturing executive customer relationships through ongoing ROI discussions in marquee accounts; maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science; leading product, sales, solutions, and services teams to ensure the Verint Open CCaaS platform is positioned in the customer accounts as the "platform of choice" for their contact center; presenting in-depth Verint's Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and data science teams; leveraging in-depth data architecture or data science knowledge to influence and provide valuable insight into the industry as a whole and differentiate Verint's platform; building thought leadership profile in various ways, including taking advantage of speaking opportunities and networking; delivering content through various means of communication (including social media) and across many platforms that focus on why their target audience needs a Verint Open CCaaS platform; working with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies to engage the various segments of partners and customers in the ecosystem; identifying white spaces in customer accounts and driving closure of opportunities; and maintaining a comprehensive and ongoing knowledge of Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; five to seven years of experience in AI and data science; 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations; strong ability to communicate effectively with senior executives; excellent skills leading internal stakeholders; knowledge of contact center solutions; working knowledge of the data ecosystems such as CRMs, CDPs, and ERPs; architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses; strong networking abilities; strong analytical and critical thinking skills; excellent customer service and leadership skills; effective and professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal; travel approximately 30-50%; successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations; and the ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel.
