Description Conduct thorough patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create tailored treatment plans Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality Work hand-in-hand with nurses, physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to maximize patient outcomes Guide patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and at-home exercises Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress following healthcare regulations Engage in collaborative care rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure comprehensive care delivery Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution Certifications

Active state licensure as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification is preferred Specialized certifications (e.g., in geriatrics or neurology) are a plus but not required Skills

Preference for candidates with prior experience Ability to treat patients with a variety of complex mobility and medical challenges Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation platforms Benefits
