Description Our client is looking for a skilled Deskside Support Technician to work on contract basis. The appropriate candidate will provide onsite support life cycle management of computer assets from procurement to disposition. Responsibilities Perform installs, moves, adds and changes (IMAC) Management of over 20,000 assets from procurement to disposition 100-200 monthly project moves 50-100 weekly computer upgrades and hardware refreshes Mobile device management, deployment and support Receiving, auditing and tracking all computer assets Quarterly calibration of color-correct displays Installation of software on PCs for new employees Requirements 2-3 years IMAC and Deskside Support experience Knowledge of desktop applications and operations systems

Office, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 7/8/10/11, MS Office, Outlook)

Network and directory services troubleshooting knowledge

Active Directory, Internet Browsers, etc

Experience with installation and deployment of desktops, laptops and mobile devices

Hardware setup and software installation

Strong troubleshooting of hardware and software Android, Apple and tablet management, deployment and support Asset Management tracking Experience with Jira incident and ticket fullfilment Ability to prioritize, schedule, coordinate and manage a variety of activities simultaneously Must have supported large environments of 500+ users #LI-DNI #J-18808-Ljbffr
