Customer Success Manager, SMB at Invicti. You are a customer-focused professional with 1-2 years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience. Youre a self-starter who maintains the highest levels of satisfaction among Invictis customer base and helps drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy in a fast-paced environment. What Youll Be Doing

Leading all post-sales activities for Invicti's customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution Acting as the voice of the customer Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Development Teams to ensure consistent customer messaging Retaining long-term partnerships by independently renewing and expanding successful customers Achieving quarterly metrics related to customer retention, price increases, and upselling Overseeing customer adoption, training, and development of best practices to drive incremental value Analyzing data to derive insights and make recommendations for clients Tracking accounts to identify churn risks and proactively mitigate them What Youll Need

1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Sales Working knowledge of funnel reporting and revenue forecasting Experience building relationships with clients Familiarity with managing renewals and upsells Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail Desire to work in a dynamic startup environment and contribute to offerings and client interactions Willingness to travel to customer locations Ability to work onsite for a minimum of three days in person Why Invicti
