Endoscopy Technician - Gi Lab Technician

Hourly Pay Range: $20.69 - $30.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. $5K Sign-On Bonus with 1+ year of experience as a GI Tech, requires a 1 year commitment. Position Highlights: Endoscopy Technician - GI Lab Technician Day shift, M-F, 7 am 4 pm No weekends or nights (with the exception of on-call) Must be able to work the full 8-hour day Requires on-call responsibility What You Will Need: Experience as a Patient Care Tech, Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant highly preferred Basic knowledge of physiology, anatomy & medical terminology required, basic computer experience, able to take vitals and perform CPR CPR (BLS, Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) prior to start date required What You Will Do: The GI Technician serves as an assistant in the Outpatient GI Lab, working with patients, preparing instruments and equipment and assisting in the procedure room.
