What You'll Do As a Commissioning Manager, you'll play a key role in project delivery by overseeing all aspects of commissioning activities. You'll: Lead commissioning specialists and support staff, providing mentorship and training. Develop and review commissioning scopes of work, plans, and databases. Manage the CxAlloy commissioning platform: checklists, permissions, system/equipment lists, and reporting. Conduct on-site commissioning audits and generate progress reports. Oversee commissioning of all disciplines, ensuring systems are installed and operating per specifications. Coordinate startup and testing documentation with subcontractors. Lead commissioning meetings with project teams and trade partners. Assist in commissioning schedule development and equipment verification during deliveries. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across commissioning activities. What We're Looking For A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of commissioning or construction management experience. Proven success as a lead commissioning or project manager. Hands-on experience setting up CxAlloy commissioning databases and writing commissioning plans. Strong knowledge of mechanical, piping, or electrical systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. The ability to travel to projects across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally).
