The ideal candidate will also bring strong domain knowledge of banking, capital markets, or insurance, and a proven track record in solution design, pre-sales engagement, and building global delivery teams. Location: Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, New York Designation: Portfolio Manager / Director Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across CSM, FSM, and FSO modules tailored to financial services use cases. Lead end-to-end solution design for clients in banking, capital markets, or insurance, aligning platform capabilities with business goals. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demos, and proposal development. Build and mentor global delivery teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery excellence. Drive platform adoption and innovation by leveraging ServiceNow's latest features and capabilities. Engage with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in solution design. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform. Hands-on expertise in CSM, FSM, and FSO modules. Strong understanding of financial services domain - banking, capital markets, or insurance. Experience in defining end-to-end solution architecture, design, and technical leadership across large-scale ServiceNow programs. Proven success in pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses and client workshops. Experience in building and managing global teams across geographies. ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (CSM/FSM), and CAD preferred.
