Key Responsibilities Support Mortgage Loan Officers with both sales and loan processing tasks. Set up mortgage applications and analyze borrower information. Pull credit, run Automated Underwriting, and price loans. Help borrowers understand financing options and lock loans. Communicate with borrowers, realtors, title companies, and other third parties. Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant. Provide status updates to clients and partners throughout the loan process. Stay informed on investor guidelines and loan programs. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and customer service mindset. Willingness to take initiative and support your team. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent; or two years of mortgage industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of mortgage loan origination, underwriting, and compliance processes preferred.
