Program Control Analyst II
Looking to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging program? Join the F-15 EPAWSS Finance Team, part of the TACAIR Product Line in the ECS Business Area. We are currently hiring a Program Cntrl Anst II. The candidate will support the F-15 EPAWSS Readiness and Advancing Capabilities portfolio. This individual will be responsible for financial execution and analysis of material on programs within the portfolio, including planning and baseline integrity. The candidate will be expected to provide financial support, expertise, and guidance to Program Managers and Control Account Managers. This role will be conducted in a Hybrid work format, with the incumbent splitting their time between the offices in Nashua, NH, and remotely from home. To be considered for this opportunity, potential applicants must either currently reside in the greater Nashua, NH area, or within a reasonable daily commute, OR must be willing to relocate to the area at their own expense. Responsibilities include: Reviewing, analyzing, and developing creative solutions to problems Developing program Estimates to Complete and analyzing Estimates at Completion Support the finance team to development, review and presentation of program financials Working with Control Account Managers (CAM) to establish and monitor program's budget through the use of Earned Value Management Partnering with the contracts function for funding, billings, collections, and other contractual items Ad hoc financial analysis as required Implementing continuous improvement of current processes Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree, and 1+ years of professional experience / OR equivalent experience in project/program finance within the defense industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, Excel and Power Point Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills Able to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner Strong interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Experience in program control on cost type contracts and/or other finance functional disciplines Experience with financial systems, including Oracle, Hyperion, and Cobra Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment, including program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash, and collections Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies, including EVMS Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
