Choose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Select your locationSelect your locationIndustriesChoose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Irving, TX# Guidewire Test Automation## **Location : Dallas , Texas*** Develop and maintain in-sprint automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing.* Align automation scripts with acceptance criteria and user stories.* Execute automated tests, log defects with detailed reproduction steps, and support defect triage.* Create and manage test data and environment configurations for automation.* Identify and maintain reusable scripts for system-level and regression testing.* Contribute to the automation regression suite and maintain automation assets.* Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues efficiently.* Follow automation best practices and participate in peer reviews.* Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).* Support manual testing efforts when required, including test planning, execution, and reporting.* Track and report QA metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and productivity.## **Required Skills*** 13 years of experience in Guidewire functional and automation testing.* Minimum 2 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter projects.* Hands-on experience with TypeScript automation tools such as Playwright, Taiko, or JavaScript-based frameworks like Cypress/Selenium.* Strong experience in programming-based test automation and test design (minimum 2 years).* Proficient in working with Git repositories.* Ability to independently handle test code issue resolution, updates, and debugging.* Exposure to QA lifecycle tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or equivalent.* Solid understanding of defect lifecycle management and test standards.* Experience in test effort estimation and metrics reporting.* Strong communication and collaboration skills.* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.* Experience with API testing tools like Karate, Postman, or RestAssured.**Disclaimer**Capgemini is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
