Lead follow up Team and individual sales and lead generation Set appointments Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Qualifications
A real estate license is required Good communication Show a track record of real estate success Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred Compensation $150,000 at plan About KW Larchmont KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
