Our Government Services team is hiring a Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist where you will apply knowledge of solutions across multiple health care settings for workflow analysis and data validation/investigations. This role will provide strategic direction for clinical transformation across all healthcare venues supporting the implementation and measuring success of the program. Responsibilities include: leading discussions regarding value priorities and executing the Value Realization Framework and strategy, using expertise with system workflow, data integration and analysis to drive system adoption, streamline processes, and align opportunities for improvement with established goals, identifying and developing Value Realization success narratives across internal and external stakeholders, proactively assessing risk(s) associated with clinical workflows that impact key performance indicators and key metrics, capturing qualitative value and quick wins, in addition to quantitative KPI and key result collection, validating and providing design recommendations for reports and dashboards that will support the ongoing operational oversight for the various solutions and service areas. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, at least 8 years of progressive experience in a clinical setting, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or a related healthcare operations role, proven track record leading clinical informatics initiatives, extensive experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align health IT systems with patient care needs, demonstrated success managing large-scale EHR/EMR implementations or optimizations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians, administrators, and technical staff effectively, receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position, due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen. Preferred Qualifications

Board Certification in Clinical Informatics or equivalent credential, Master's degree or advanced certification in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or related discipline, Oracle Health/Cerner EHR experience. Expectations

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations, work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position, eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training, perform other responsibilities as assigned, willing to travel 50%. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
