Description Conduct assessments in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailor-made treatment strategies. Implement physical therapy modalities that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Work in unison with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes. Guide patients and their families on treatment objectives, discharge plans, and home care routines. Record assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements. Engage in interdisciplinary care team discussions and rounds to ensure coordinated patient care. Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a recognized institution. Certifications
Current state licensure as a
Physical Therapist . CPR certification is advantageous. Additional certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) would be beneficial but are not mandatory. Skills
