Configuration Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Configuration Analyst to design, implement, and maintain workflows and automation solutions. The role involves managing SharePoint sites, conducting documentation reviews, and ensuring the integrity of Quality Management System documentation. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate. Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists with a focus on configuration control and access management. Conduct thorough documentation reviews to ensure alignment with specified requirements. Develop and maintain configuration management and audit trails for all controlled Quality Management System documentation. Track changes, approvals, and version control. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Quality Management standards and processes. Identify opportunities to improve configuration and documentation processes for better traceability and efficiency. Essential Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint (including SharePoint Online). Proven experience in configuration management and change control processes. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience reviewing documentation against detailed requirements and standards. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote or cross-functional teams. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Familiarity with additional Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI). Experience with Windchill and configuration management software. Work Environment: The role involves working with advanced Microsoft Power Platform tools and requires collaboration with remote and cross-functional teams. The position is designed for someone who can work independently while maintaining high standards of documentation and configuration management. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
