Process/Validation Engineer
The Process/Validation Engineer will play a critical role in providing engineering production support. This position requires the implementation of process and technology improvements, ensuring compliance with quality systems, and supporting manufacturing operations at the Branchburg, NJ site. This is a 100% onsite position with a contract length of 9-12 months. Responsibilities
Implement process and technology improvements. Conduct process and cleaning validation. Perform equipment qualification (IOQ/PQ). Collect, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and report manufacturing data related to performance in quality, cost, and speed/service to market. Investigate non-conformances, CAPAs, and process performance drifts, and implement corrective and preventative actions. Initiate and follow through with change control processes. Essential Skills
Process and cleaning validation experience. Equipment qualification experience. Quality system experience, including Veeva, Trackwise, and ComplianceWire. Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with 3-5 years in the medical device field. Proficiency in statistical analysis using Minitab or JUMP. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience. Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail. Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as AATB, FDA, ISO, ISPE, including FDA 21 CFR 11, 820, and 1270. Experience in Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing, and Design for Manufacturability. Knowledge of biological products and aseptic processes. Experience with root cause analysis methods and statistical software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Branchburg, New Jersey. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $51.00/hr.
