Kforce has a client in Buffalo, NY looking for a highly motivated application support engineer to join the Factory Software team. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with users, solving technical problems, and knowledge of enterprise-level systems (MES, WMS, ERP). Qualifications
Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent experience 2+ years of support engineering experience and working knowledge of SQL 1+ years of experience with Python, Go, or other software development languages 1+ years of experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk Must be able to understand integrated systems and their dependencies Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and a self-starter Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Individual must be well versed in all Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments Must be willing to work on a 4-day, 10-hour shift, including the potential for night shifts Job Details

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
