TS/SCI Job Description: Provide imagery science support related to the exploitation of imagery from sensors such as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Thermal Infrared, Spectral, Geospatial (including OPIR, Moving Target Indicator, Photogrammetry, and LIDAR). Offer technical analytical expertise supporting the USMC National Geospatial-Intelligence Program's Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) analysis and production. Recommend operational GEOINT architectures and FSG guidance to analysts, operators, and managers regarding processes, techniques, and procedures. Participate in developing program strategies, issues papers, briefings, and senior-level correspondence to sustain and expand FSG analysis and capabilities for USMC operations. Assist in establishing relationships with NSG functional managers to promote GEOINT requirements and resolve operational shortfalls. Provide guidance to enhance the skills of military and civilian analysts in remote sensing techniques. Support development of collection strategies for various FSG capabilities and investigate collection parameters and constraints related to littoral missions. Assist in developing and disseminating FSG products, integrating data from multiple intelligence disciplines. Demonstrate knowledge of geospatial exploitation software and sensor data utilization. Develop innovative GEOINT products and services, standardizing approaches where possible. Research sensor applications, processing techniques, and provide related training. Conduct statistical analyses on image datasets and explore alternative data sources for mission needs. Collaborate on imagery/geospatial analysis to support intelligence assessments. Provide imagery science expertise for GEOINT analysis and assessments. Evaluate external algorithms and approaches, refining and developing new procedures and measures of effectiveness.
