We are seeking an experienced
Business Execution Consultant
to support complex initiatives with broad business impact. This role requires strong expertise in financial services, operational process improvement, and strategic planning. You will partner with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to evaluate challenges, resolve issues, and deliver results on enterprise-level initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead and consult on complex business initiatives with large-scale impact Analyze multi-faceted business challenges, including unprecedented factors and intangibles Develop and execute strategies that align with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to stakeholders on execution deliverables Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and support implementation Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning Proven background in
financial services
(banking, wealth management, or related areas) Experience in
call center or telemarketing operations
highly desired Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process evaluation skills Ability to work with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams Preferred Skills
Prior experience in
large-scale financial operations or risk management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to drive initiatives independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
