About the role The Hospitality Sales Manager (HSM) is responsible for guest interaction programming and financial performance, including: Create and maintain a safe environment for employees and guests. Lead and deliver exceptional guest service. Achieve sales metrics such as club conversion, net sales revenue, and data capture. Develop engaging guest programs and events. Manage overheads, labor, and COGS for tours and tastings. Train staff and cultivate a high-performance culture. Oversee operational and sales budgets. Maintain the building and grounds. Represent the Beringer brand in the community and steward the historic site.
Additional responsibilities include staff performance management, market research, incentive planning, inventory management, customer issue resolution, and safety compliance. About you Candidates should have a BS degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role within hospitality or retail, preferably in wine or related industries. Experience leading teams of over 15 employees, P&L responsibility managing over $2M revenue, strong leadership, customer service, and knowledge of winery systems are essential. Ability to lift 40 lbs is required.
