DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Role
The Impact you will have in this role: Being a part of the Digital Assets team, you will contribute to developing secure, scalable .NET applications within a collaborative environment. Onboarding and Early Projects
In the first month, you will work on an isolated engineering challenge, such as implementing a new feature or fixing a bug in our .NET application. You will become familiar with the codebase, learn from mistakes, and receive an onboarding plan with pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions with senior engineers. In the first three months, you will work with the engineering team to develop and improve the .NET application, participate in design, development, and testing of new features, and actively participate in code reviews with constructive feedback. Year One Expectations
You will become an integral part of the .NET engineering team and take ownership of various components and modules of our application. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs. Your Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues Ensure compliance with coding standards and procedures Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices NOTE:
