ADON/RN House Supervisor
to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services in overseeing Nursing Services. We're looking for someone organized, goal-oriented, and energized to help us strive for excellence in resident care.

In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures and patient care KPIs/KQIs Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices Leadership and personnel development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Associate degree (preferred) At least 1 year of supervising experience (preferred) BLS Certification (preferred) Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise key areas of Nursing Services Monitor and support staff performance Participate in quality assurance activities Ensure timely MDS data entry and submission Oversee nursing staffing practices and payroll preparation Assist with resident incident reporting and abuse investigations Assume leadership of Nursing Services in the absence of the Director of Nursing Services
