# Packaging Sr. Buyer## Job Location: Chicago## **Company description**## **About the Role:**The USA Packaging Material Buyer job is to manage certain packaging material categories including guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines. This role will ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base with alignment of Ferrero central procurement strategy.## **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure supply continuity of local pack material categories with pricing, quality and delivery Implement central pack material strategy in local USA Manage budget for pack material categories Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management## **Who we are looking for:** Bachelor's degree as minimum request 0-3 years procurement experience Experience working in matrix organization Knowledge of the Global Pack Material market Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and influence others Ability to problem solve and set priorities Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP## Compensation DataThe base salary range for this position is $74,693 - $99,590 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
