As an auto damage claims adjuster, you will serve as the primary contact with customers, overseeing the repair process from start to finish. You will manage your own inventory, work independently, coordinate with body shops, negotiate repair costs, and assess liability. Candidates should possess leadership, conflict management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. This is a field role with a company vehicle and frequent travel within your assigned area. You may also be required to report to an office occasionally. Responsibilities include: Conduct vehicle inspections, prepare estimates, evaluate total losses, and set expectations and timelines Negotiate repair processes with body shops Document claim information and make decisions in line with standards and laws Handle claim payments and resolve claims efficiently Review and validate supplement requests Auto req ID:

At least four years relevant experience with one year in appraisal/estimatics or insurance; or an Associate's degree with three years relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with one year relevant experience. Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and compliance with driving standards are required. Compensation:
$71,500 to $87,300 annually, plus potential Gainshare bonus up to 16%. Benefits include:
