Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead end-to-end hiring for frontline roles, from job posting to offer close. Source & Engage Talent: Proactively identify and attract top frontline talent through creative sourcing channels, job boards, trade school partnerships, and unconventional methods (e.g., grassroots outreach, community events, or on-the-ground networking). Partner with Hiring Teams: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate attributes, interview processes, and hiring goals. Sell the Opportunity: Clearly communicate Bases mission, culture, and career growth opportunities to candidates at all levels. Optimize Recruiting Process: Build scalable, repeatable recruiting processes tailored to high-volume, frontline hiring that deliver speed and quality. Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of Base. Lay the Foundation: Contribute to recruiting playbooks, tools, and metrics to scale Bases frontline hiring engine. What Youll Bring
3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on frontline, skilled trades, or high-volume hiring (electricians, drivers, warehouse, field service). Experience recruiting at an early-stage, high-growth company or in dynamic, operationally complex industries. Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive local markets, with a scrappy, resourceful approach to uncovering talent through both traditional and unconventional channels. Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build trust and relationships across candidates, hiring managers, and community partners. Hands-on, resourceful, and process-oriented mindset; you thrive in environments where youre building from scratch. Preferred Skills
Experience developing pipelines through workforce programs, trade schools, or community organizations. Comfort with recruiting metrics, high-volume pipelines, and ATS tools. Passion for energy, sustainability, or helping build teams that keep critical infrastructure running. Basic electrical knowledge is a plus, but not required. Our Values
