About the Role: Join our team as a Logistics Package Handler where you will help in preparing, processing, and moving merchandise efficiently, accurately, and safely, adhering to established production rates and guidelines. You will be cross-trained in different departments to support various business needs. What You'll Do: Receive and process merchandise, including tasks like picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipping and returns, as well as loading and unloading trailers. Input data to prepare accurate reports. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service, effectively communicating with vendors and associates to resolve issues. Promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety rules and regulations; immediately report any safety violations. Comply with company policies and maintain productivity and accuracy standards. Maintain regular attendance and follow dress code requirements. Be flexible with work hours and adapt to operational needs, including working overtime as required. What Skills You Have: Required: Proficient in English to understand operational safety and efficiency guidelines. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Able to multitask effectively.
