Urgent Fingerprinting Requirement:

Ohio fingerprinting ASAP
after booking (strict deadlines, no exceptions). Return Staff:
Eligible after 6 months away. Current OSU employees ineligible. Education:
Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program. RTO:
Must be submitted at time of application (max 7 days; no RTO first 2 weeks). Flu Vaccine:
