Event Description:
Project Loving Life, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, hosts an annual gala luncheon and fashion show with more than 250 guests. This year’s event will be held on
Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM , and we are seeking
15 enthusiastic volunteers
to assist in the following areas: Volunteer Roles Needed: Kitchen Support (5 volunteers):
Assist catering staff with light kitchen duties and meal prep support.
Shift 10AM - 4PM Meal Servers (8 volunteers):
Help serve meals to our guests during the luncheon.
Shift 11AM - 5PM Water Service (2 volunteers):
Refill and serve water to tables throughout the event.
Shift 12PM - 6PM Dress Code: Black pants and a white shirt. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended.
