Position Type: Part-time Our Benefits Include: A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Leadership opportunities 401K (matching) Employee discount Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay ($15 - $17) Maintenance Team Member Responsibilities: Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times Execute safe driving best practices when operating CFA vehicles with a sense of urgency Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on the restaurant site Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and restaurant at all times General building maintenance. Window washing & limited power washing Limited landscape and sprinkler maintenance Assisting with moving & repairing building equipment Limited cleaning of the building and facilities. Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect. Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete any tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Help at the store when needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: 2 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance Ability to operate power washer Ability to use our chats thru a phone app Consistent and reliable Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule (available 3 Sundays a month) (some days need to be available at 5:30am) Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Minimum age: 21+ Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
