You will be trained across various departments, gaining skills and knowledge to meet business needs. Your Responsibilities Efficiently receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, shipping orders, and handling returns.
Input data to generate accurate reports.
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries from vendors and associates promptly.
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and reporting potential violations.
Abide by all company policies and procedures, focusing on accuracy and productivity.
Maintain excellent attendance and follow the dress code consistently.
Be adaptable with work schedules, including shifts and overtime as needed by the business.
What You Bring Required Skills: Proficient in English to understand operational instructions and safety protocols.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to complete training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments.
