What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Coordinate timely and accurate claims submission for adjudication - Develop and implement denial follow-up processes to minimize claim denials - Oversee daily operational activities, including staff scheduling and work assignments - Monitor and adjust workflow processes to ensure efficient account management - Build and maintain relationships with departments to resolve patient inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications): - Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred - Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable - Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and best practices - Ability to manage, coordinate, and lead multiple tasks simultaneously - Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various staff levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in a large, complex, integrated healthcare organization - Familiarity with CPT and diagnosis coding and third-party billing regulations - Proficiency with patient accounting systems and related applications - Strong goal orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills
