This position will coordinate planning, organization, integration, and cross-functional support for LE2 Program Proposals. Working with LE2 Proposal Leads will gather and analyze data in support of leadership reviews and tracking proposal metrics (across both current and future contracts). Reviews the status of proposals (current and future) and B&P/Program proposal budgets; manage inputs to proposal schedules and prepares status reports. Manage inputs across all LE2 Proposal Schedules working with the Portfolio Proposal Planner. Develops efficient mechanisms for monitoring proposal progress and for intervention and problem solving with program leadership, OBS, IPTs, and functional support for proposals. This will include ensuring IPT proposal leads within LE2 all have the appropriate training. Cross coordinates with other FBM program proposals (LE, MK7, CMC) to ensure overlapping priorities are well managed. This role will support the Proposal Leads in driving proposal accuracy, quality, and consistency across LE2 proposal artifacts. In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities: Coordinate and support high visibility program proposals, at times stepping in for leads when a delegate is needed; Contribute to new business trade studies and what-if inputs for on-contract proposal assessments; Tracks training metrics across IPTs to ensure leads have required training completed in support of proposals; Enhance LE2 functional proposal coordination across FBM programs; Assist the Proposal Program Manager with proposal special projects and program enhancements as required; Will need to travel as required (~25%) To be effective, ideally, you should also have: Strong organizational skills, Exposure to the Engineering design lifecycle (SRR, PDR, CDR) and creation of desired data products, Experience in areas of cost analysis/estimating, schedule, GFX, and/or risk & opportunity management, Creation and/or detail planning of schedules, Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action, You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch.
