Red Knight Solutions is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must be capable of basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities, exercising analytical skills and making decisions based on established guidelines. Responsibilities and Skills Communicating clearly in written and verbal form Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call Controlling and returning assets and inventory Providing functional guidance to colleagues, if needed Benefits $40 per call / $5 per call per diem Dell/Lenovo paid certification training Additional Requirements Technical school certification or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience Ability to drive to client locations Ability to lift or move equipment up to 50 lbs Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid registration and insurance Own basic repair toolkit Job Details
