Business Area Roof

is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while promoting a positive and collaborative labor environment Guide and coach managers through labor relations matters, including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and day-to-day union interactions Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address labor-related challenges Partner with leadership to deliver training and development programs that enhance leadership capability and reinforce contract compliance and fair employment practices Serve as a key liaison during contract negotiations and labor-management meetings, ensuring consistent application of collective bargaining agreements and labor laws

This is what you bring to us: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred 35 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a unionized manufacturing or industrial environment Strong working knowledge of employment and labor law, with direct experience supporting or leading labor relations initiatives Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization, particularly with frontline leadership and union representatives Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven approach to workforce planning and problem-solving
