Principal HR Business Partner (HRBP)

to serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to our senior leaders across

Information Technology, Digital Marketing, and Product Management

functions. This high-impact role will align people strategies to business priorities, drive organizational effectiveness, and elevate talent practices across fast-evolving and innovation-focused teams. As we navigate rapid digital transformation, we are looking for an HR leader who combines enterprise mindset with deep functional acumen to influence at the executive level and shape the future of our business. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership

Serve as a key partner to senior leaders in IT, Digital Marketing, and Product Management to align organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent priorities. Coach executives and senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, organizational design, team development, and succession planning. Understand the business deeply and proactively identify human capital levers that drive performance, growth, and innovation.

Talent Management & Development

Lead talent planning, performance management, and leadership development for supported functions. Partner with COEs to identify and grow critical capabilities aligned with digital transformation and product innovation.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership

Support and drive organizational change, including operating model shifts, agile adoption, and capability building. Facilitate interventions to improve team dynamics, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery speed. Translate business needs into HR initiatives that improve retention, engagement, and productivity.

Workforce Analytics & Planning

Leverage data and insights to advise business leaders on trends related to talent, engagement, compensation, and attrition. Partner with Finance on workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in the right roles at the right time.

Culture and Engagement

Act as a cultural steward and help build a high-performing, mission-driven environment across technology and marketing organizations. Lead engagement action planning and advise leaders on communication and team climate.

Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience

in complex, matrixed organizations; at least 5 years partnering with technology, digital, or product teams. Experience influencing and advising executive-level leaders. Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of digital capabilities, product development lifecycles, and agile methodologies is preferred. Excellent business acumen, relationship-building, and consultative skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action. Ability to travel 25%, including in person team meetings, time with leaders in the field Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required; Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
