Contract Recruiter

LEAD Technical a trusted provider of specialized staffing solutions across engineering, technical, and skilled trade industries. Key Responsibilities
Partner with client HR and hiring managers to define job requirements for roles such as
process technicians ,
manufacturing operators ,
process engineers ,
facilities engineers , and
support staff
in procurement, quality, and planning. Create and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, professional networks, social media, and targeted outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication between candidates and hiring teams. Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company standards, and client-specific requirements. Represent LEAD Technical and the client at local hiring events, job fairs, and industry networking functions. Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment forecasts to align with production ramp schedules. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years
of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering sectors. Proven track record in filling
technical roles
such as engineers, technicians, operators, and skilled trades. Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
