Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred:
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field License/Certifications
Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license Experience
Minimum:
Three to five years of managerial experience Minimum:
Three to five years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting Preferred:
Broad knowledge base of LTC regulations Other Qualifications
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff, department leaders, and the public in a professional, courteous manner Ability to remain effective under stress and handle confidential information with discretion Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster staff empowerment, accountability, and growth Customer Focus
