Specialist, Tools and Process
Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company's Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global's modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost. We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Specialist, Tools and Process located in Arlington, Virginia, or Houston, TX with travel to Louisiana as needed. The Specialist, Tools and Process reports to the Lead, Tools and Process. The Specialist, Tools and Process will support the design, documentation, and deployment of standardized tools and processes across the Quality, Continuous Improvement, training functions and across Venture Global. This position will focus on documenting workflows, digitizing manual processes, and helping to implement dashboards and reporting systems that improve visibility and accountability. Working closely with the Tools & Process Leader, this role will ensure that tools are user-friendly, sustainable, and embedded into site operations. Responsibilities: Document, maintain, globalize and standardized process maps, workflows, and templates across functions. Assist in developing, improving, and deploying toolsets that enable efficient and consistent execution. Partner with site teams to capture process gaps, user requirements, and feedback for continuous improvement. Support the design and implementation of dashboards for reporting KPIs and adoption metrics. Provide training and technical support to users of newly deployed tools and processes. Ensure tools and processes are aligned with RCA and CAPA actions, driving measurable improvements. Collaborate with IT to streamline tool integration with enterprise systems. Maintain a living repository of tools, processes, and documentation for easy access and governance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 5 years of experience in process management, quality, operations, or continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of workflow mapping, digitization, and process standardization. Familiarity with RCA, CAPA, and CI methodologies within industrial or project environments. Proficiency in Power BI, and process mapping software. Excellent inte interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
