to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities, greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and support the administrative team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule appointments and meetings as needed

Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation

Support internal departments with coordination and communication

Qualifications: Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
