Individual Contributor
An exciting opportunity to join the Material Master Data Management team within the
Revenue Operations organization. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager of
Master Data Management and works closely with cross-functional teams to manage
critical product and business data, including SKUs, pricing, bills of materials, engineering
changes, and partner records.
The role will contribute to go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business
timelines while adhering to established processes and controls. We are looking for a
detailed analyst with strong problem-solving skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving
environment.
What you’ll do
:
Ability to engage in GTM initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and critical
timelines.
Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data cleaning) with experience
handling large CSV/Excel datasets.
Capable of cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets, and
building/maintaining structured reports and dashboards.
Skilled in project management, timeline tracking, and cross-team communication.
Experience resolving complex situations and driving process improvements, including
automation of data workflows.
Comfortable working in ERP systems such as SAP.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills across geographies.
Familiarity with visualization tools such as PowerBI and dashboarding solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed:
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
Strategic, analytical, and growth mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $81,500 -- $156,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
