Richardson, TX or Saint Louis, MO Qualifications

Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies. Preferred At least 4 years of experience in Java, J2EE skills. Experience translating functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements. Implementation experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate. At least 2 years in Web Services (REST & SOAP) and SOA. Experience in PL/SQL. Server-side programming with Java Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JavaBeans, EJB, log4J. Experience with development/build tools like Eclipse, RAD, SoapUI, XML Spy, ANT, SVN, CVS. Experience in Telecom domain. Additional Information
