Candidate Requirements Preference will be given to providers who have an active PA license Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible Required Procedures: Arterial and Central Lines Preferred Procedures: Vent Management, RT and Anesthesia Required Certifications: PA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 2 years of Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care Experience as APP Must Have Clean Malpractice and References
Job Information Typical day: 7p-7a in house with a back up call provider and telemedicine available to the APP. Support Staff: 1 APP Tele-ICU Physician and an On-Site Physician is Available within 20 Mins 24-Bed ICU AVG Census: 9 Procedures: Resp Failure, Sepsis, COVID and/or Med-Surg ECMO Managed by ECMO Team ICU Census: 24 Patients EMR: Epic Procedural Skills Required Arterial and Central Lines Preferred Vent Management Preferred RT and Anesthesia are responsible for intubation (NOT REQUIRED
