Solutions Architect
Decagon is seeking a Solutions Architect, a foundational technical hire who will shape the future of our AI-powered enterprise solutions. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them through how Decagon's AI-native platform integrates into their technology environments to unlock measurable business value. As a founding hire in this function, you will define best practices for technical solutioning, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and set the standard for how Decagon engages with enterprises at scale. You will establish technical credibility with stakeholders across the C-suite, business functions, and engineering teams. Partner with Account Executives to discover, qualify, and design solutions that deliver measurable ROI for enterprise customers. Rapidly assess a customer's technology stack and requirements, translating them into an integration strategy for Decagon's platform. Develop custom demonstrations on the Decagon platform tailored to customer-specific needs and value drivers. Establish scalable pre-sales processes, technical playbooks, and reusable assets to support growth. 810+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant. Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise technology stacks and connect them to Decagon's platform capabilities. Demonstrated success engaging with large organizations and aligning solutions with strategic business outcomes. Strong technical proficiency in developing tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution architectures. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
