New Increased Clinical Supervisor rates!

Great opportunity exists for an Independently Licensed Clinical Supervisor in our In Home Therapy (IHT) program! Under the guidance of the Clinical Program Director-IHT, the Clinical Supervisor-IHT will model Aspire's Mission and professional culture while providing clinical supervision to Master's and/or Bachelor's level team members! This is a full-time, salaried position which includes a comprehensive benefit package.

Requirements:

Values and promotes a diverse workforce, creating a welcoming, inclusive and equitable work environment Ensures that all clinical documentation meets the organization's standard of care, monitors risk, ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to, and promotes evidence-based practices In collaboration with the Clinical Program Director and Training Department will have input in design and development of clinical training to help foster growth and professional development of clinical staff Ensures that Clinicians are delivering clinically appropriate treatment services to families and individuals via supervisory discussion and clinical record review Working with the Program Director, uses clinical judgment to manage clinical and documentation activities of supervisees Completes all Plan Reviews for assigned supervisees Meets with Program Director weekly to review progress of clinicians and address any areas of clinical treatment needing attention, as well as other programmatic/staff issues, and challenges supervisor faces Remains current in treating and managing IHT cases by maintaining a caseload Provides coverage as needed during leaves, vacations and vacancies until case can be reassigned Excellent clinical skills and ability to make sound clinical assessments Ability to provide effective and appropriate clinical supervision to staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer proficiency and ability to work with Electronic Health Records Independent license

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
